Q: What's the folded size exactly?
We don't have the exact folded dimensions in the spec sheet, but the wagon collapses to about 1/4 of its open size. The frame folds flat – the four sides come together. We can send you a drawing and carton layout. Master carton fits 1 or 2 units depending on packaging.
Q: Is the 100kg weight limit real?
Yes – that's about 220 lbs. Tested with sandbags. Don't put a person in it, but gear is fine. The fabric and frame handle it without sagging.
Q: Can I replace the fabric bag if it tears?
Yes. The fabric sleeve is removable. We can sell spare covers. Retailers like this – sell the cart once, sell spare bags later.
Q: Are the wheels plastic or rubber?
Rubber tire on a bearing wheel. Not cheap hard plastic. The rolling resistance is low. Your customers will notice the first time they pull it across gravel.
Q: Do you offer a smaller or larger version?
Right now it's 300L. If demand shows up for a 200L or 400L version, we can build it. We listen to buyers who move volume. Let us know what your market wants.
