1. What's the real difference between your Size 4 and Size 5 balls, besides the size?
Beyond the circumference, the Size 4 is noticeably lighter, which is key. We adjust the internal bladder and panel weight so it has a lower bounce and softer feel. This makes it much easier for younger players (typically U-8 to U-12) to control and strike cleanly, without it ballooning off their foot. It's built to the same durability standards as our match balls, just scaled down for smaller players.

2. These are for kids and youth teams – how do they hold up on abrasive artificial turf?
That's a fair question, and it's why we use a textured PU cover with extra reinforcement on the stitching. We've seen these survive a full season of twice-weekly training on 3G pitches without the surface peeling or the panels separating. The cover is tough enough to handle slide tackles and rough ground, so you're not replacing balls every month.

3. Can you do custom team colors and a specific league badge?
Yes, absolutely. We can match your Pantone colors exactly and print any badge, team name, or league logo you need. The minimum for full customization (colors + logo) is 200 pieces. If you're unsure about the artwork placement, we can send you a digital mockup for approval before we start production.

4. What's the typical order lead time if I need them for the start of the fall season?
For a standard order, count on about 2-3 weeks for production once we finalize the design. Samples go out in 3-4 days. If your season start is tight, let us know – we've expedited orders before and can often shave a few days off production to meet a critical deadline.

5. Do you offer different packaging options for retail vs. team bulk?
We do. The standard is a plain carton, which is fine for team distribution. But if you're selling these in a shop, we can do poly bags, display boxes, or even custom-printed retail cartons with your branding. The MOQ for custom packaging is usually the same as for the ball customization – 200 pieces. We can talk through what works best for your sales channel.

6. What happens if a batch arrives with a defect – what's your policy?
We stand behind what we ship. Every ball goes through a final inflation and pressure check before it's packed. On the rare occasion there's an issue, we review photos or a return sample and either replace the defective units on your next order or issue a credit. We'd rather keep a long-term buyer happy than argue over a faulty ball.
