How do you handle defective balls?
We check each ball before packing. If you get a bad one – loose stitching or air leak – we credit it on your next order. Just send photos.
Can I get my own box design?
Yes. Custom cartons need 500 pieces minimum. Smaller orders ship in our plain box with your logo sticker on top.
What payment terms do you offer for regular buyers?
First order: 30% deposit, balance before shipment. After three orders, we can do net 30 for qualified accounts.
