It handles rain and splashes. It's not built for submersion. If you need a sealed marine-grade model, we have other options.
How does aluminum compare to plastic for durability?
Aluminum resists impact better than ABS plastic and holds its shape under pressure. It's also more temperature-stable-plastic can get brittle in extreme cold, aluminum won't.
Does the dial glow in the dark?
The standard HS002 has a standard dial. If you need a luminous dial, we have a similar model with that feature. Ask for the HS004.
What's the smallest order you'll do for a custom logo?
500pcs for laser engraving or custom dial printing. For stock units with a sticker or hang tag, we can go lower.
How do you handle defects?
We replace manufacturing defects on arrival. No back-and-forth.
